Job Title: General Manager – Technical and Compliance
Location: Johannesburg
CNG Holdings is seeking a highly experienced and strategically minded General Manager – Technical and Compliance to lead the organisation’s technical governance, regulatory compliance, and health and safety function.
This role is critical in ensuring full compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and industry requirements while driving a strong culture of safety, risk management, and continuous improvement across the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing technical and compliance strategies, overseeing health and safety systems, managing risk frameworks, and ensuring adherence to industry standards including SANS, NERSA, SAPGA, SAGA, ISO, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
This position requires a senior leader with strong engineering and operational expertise, deep understanding of compliance frameworks, and proven ability to lead teams in a highly regulated petrochemical or gas environment.
